Placing an order Customers may order all items shown on our online catalogue. Please email our friendly sales staff if you would like to order an item that is not located on our website. Our friendly sales staff would be happy to check for price and availability. We have several options to place an order. You may order via our secure online ordering system or you may send your order request via email or fax us at . Our Customer Service Department is open for phone orders 5 days a week. You may call Monday through Friday between 8am EST and 6pm EST. If you would like to place a phone order please call our toll free number .
Making a payment You may pay with a Master card, Visa card, Discover card or American Express.

- UPS Priority Overnight: Delivery by 10:30 a.m., next business day.
- UPS Standard Overnight: Afternoon delivery, next business day.
- UPS 2Day: Afternoon delivery, second business day.
- UPS Express Saver: Afternoon delivery, third business day.
- UPS Ground: 1-5 business days within 48 contiguous states.

All of our shipments are covered by insurance. Red Hot Tackle will replace any package that is lost or damaged during transit.
Back order arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
Returning items for refund
When returning an item to Red Hot Tackle. All products must be returned in the original condition that they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. Red Hot Tackle will only refund the cost of the item. All shipping costs will be paid by the Customer.
All Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, Red Hot Tackle will no longer accept returns. If there is a problem with a rod or reel, the customer may contact Red Hot Tackle within 15 days of purchase -- after 15 days, the customer must contact the manufacturer of the product.
Paying taxes and/or duties Georgia residents are responsible for paying state sales tax. International Customers are not responsible for taxes. Although, International Customers are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. You, the Customer, are responsible for retrieving this information from your local customs or post office.
Defective Product – Red Hot Tackle’s first goal is Customer Satisfaction. We want our Customers to be 100% satisfied with every item that they order. If a defective product is received by a Customer, it should be shipped back to Red Hot Tackle where we will examine it and do the following: Consider it defective through Red Hot Tackle standards, and immediately ship your replacement or refund your money. Or contact the manufacturer to see if they cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with the information we have received.
Returns and Exchanges –In the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please call and speak with a Customer Service Representative who will give you return information specific to the product you are returning.
